Great Staff.

In addition to the Administrative staff, we are very impressed with the housekeeping staff and the wait staff in the dining area. Resident apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis and bedding is also changed weekly. The housekeeping staff each have particular apartments to which they are assigned. They clean the apartments as if they live in them themselves. They understand what is particularly important to each resident and make sure the residents are pleased. We had a fantastic visit last Friday. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The tour of the facilities was thorough, and we learned a lot about the new techniques being implemented. Overall, it was a very productive and enjoyable day.

Our tour at Columbia Pines was so nice. Our tour guide was a felt of information. She answered all our questions. You could tell she knows her job inside and out! The facility and has been updated. The dining area was great, common areas, gathering spaces were clean and well kept. The residence there seemed happy and welcoming. The rooms were a little dated but clean and very functional. This facility is over 30 years old but has been completely renovated. The inside is beautiful. The outside leaves a little to be desired- but the resident will be inside most of the time.

Very nice tour with [name removed]. The public spaces are very nice and well kept. The units we toured were a bit small but have everything needed and in a convenient location.
