Dedicated staff

A few things that stand out: clean, bright, and modern residences and common space. The dining room is comfortable open concept with lots of natural light. The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful...which may be the greatest asset of Stoneybrook. Truly an amazing modern and clean facility with very dedicated staff. Thank you for taking such great care of our Mom!

Our sales guide failed on multiple fronts - selling the food, clearly explaining the relationship between the lodge and the HOA for the community surrounding it (Both labeled Stoneybrook), and provided incomplete data on the resident composition as well as minimal sharing of the activities, the engagement of the residents and more. It was a lackluster visit. In addition, it was not at the level of care that we would want.

What we like the most about the community is that the residents were all happy. Several residents came over during the tour to encourage my parents to move there. The staff was lovely.

Be careful and get things in writing.

We did not have a good experience at Stoneybrook Lodge. The director was very unfriendly and overcharged us for several things without discussing it first. My mom broke her hip in the laundry room and laid on the floor screaming for help until a neighbor heard her and helped. The employees never came to her help. After that fall, my mom's health went down quickly and she passed away last March. She never recovered from that accident.

Well i have always appreciated [name removed] for her personal service and seeing that my room was clean, bed was made the way i preferred and linens were replaced. The kitchen staff have worked hard to.provid the food we prefer, I like lots of veggies, NOT overcooked and they do what they can considering the varied tastes of the many different residents,I also prefer fresh fish but oh well and Asian, Latin, ethnic foods are my preferences BUT I am realistic, so i appreciate all their efforts and try to let them kn…
