The meals and dining, activities and value for cost would get a 4-5. My Dad is getting used to living there & now has a social life. The Staff have been amazing & he loves the food. We ate there 2x & it was fine. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Holiday Rock Creek to others.

When I have visited my mom there, the odor down the hallway to her room is extremely offensive. It is clearly coming from one of the residents apartments. My mom says the food is very hit or miss. Sometimes they have not had enough for people who come down late. Her apartment cleaning schedule was very inconsistent for a while, but I think they have gotten on track with once a week. Another thing that would be very helpful is to have more shuttle options. She has had a very hard time getting rides to spots. There…

I highly recommend this facility. I love living here We have constant activities that done very well. We have 5 meals to pick from on lunch and dinner. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful at all times.

My mother says the chef is awesome. He prepares healthy and tasty meals and also checks in with the residents for feedback regularly. There are activities daily and the other residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff has also been very responsive for any need she has. The woman that cleans her room and is also a server in the dining room has shared that she loves working there.

On its face it was nice and clean and offered everything we needed. Shortly after I moved her in they struggled with cleaning her room in a timely manner lost employees, struggled to hire others. Days before toilet paper was given out. All things you don't see until you're moved in.
