The facility is very nice and bright, but they do not supervise the nursing staff well. Many of the nursing staff sit in the med room looking at their phones for most of the time I was visiting, and I visited every day. There are couple of very caring nurses. The contract calls for the room to be cleaned once a week and the bed sheet changed. That did not happen. They only have one person to clean the entire facility public areas and the 40 plus rooms. On signing the contract I was told my wife would need level 2…

1. My mother is very happy at Holland Farms and getting excellent care 2. Holland Farms is exceptionally clean. No odors. I have never noticed an area that isn't kept clean 3. Staff seems good. Although there's a few that don't seem to do much. And some that do quite a bit. They seem to have enough staff if everybody was hustling, but a few of them don't ever hustle. So I would give their staff 3 also. Management I would give a 4 to.
