PositiveApartment size was bigger than most. The layout of the apartment gave space for a larger dining area. Staff was attentive and went beyond to help when needed.

Positive4 stars overall and this rating is due to a few things that I feel should of been handled before Mom moved in. We signed lease [Date Removed] with move in date end of May. I did a walk through of her apartment a week before move in date when I picked up the keys. PositiveI love it so far. I have everything I need here. I get a noon meal and the food is pretty good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've met a lot of nice people. I'm not sorry I made the move.
★★★★★
PositiveHave not met one person at Independence Village who was not helpful, outgoing, truly invested in solving your problem. All members of staff know my name and I've only been here 5 weeks.

PositiveFrom the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The facility is very clean and well-organized, and the food prepared by the staff was delicious. During our tour for my loved one, everyone was kind, patient, and informative, which gave us peace of mind. It’s clear they truly care about the people they serve. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
