Positive

Small homey facility

I think the fact that it is family run & a small close knit community makes it feel homey. And the staff there are very caring & sincere. Ways to improve activities - Maybe hire an actual activity aide. They relied while mom was there on volunteers. It was a lot of Bingo & catch the ball. After a while, Mom didn't bother going because she was bored.

Best place for mom.

Overall Ivy Manor of West Bend has been a very good place, but they just don't go that little bit extra in some areas to make it WOW the best place. Based on the experience we have had so far with Ivy Park, we would recommend this community to other families.
