CriticalThe dining room has multiple flies in it all the time. The night time staffing is inadequate and not fair to either the residents and the staff. Also plenty of space between each table for the comfort of each resident. All of the staff were very friendly and willing to answer any and all que…

PositiveVery impressed with everyone. [name removed], director community relations, is very helpful. She remembered who I was and the details of my mother. On day of admission various staff welcomed mom. Anyone we met on staff introduced themselves and if involved in mom's care let us know from kitchen to floor. They provided a cart to place her belongings on which they took to her room and emptied the cart. Family feels very good about choosing Parsons
