PositiveMy Mom (88 yrs young) recently moved into Julian Estates, after veiwing a total of 6 other local retirement centers. The staff, from front office admin to cleaning personnel, cooks, to maintenance are all wonderful! Every time I have visited, I've been greeted with smiling faces, even the other residents are so friendly! They made my mom feel so welcomed and comfortable, even before she actually moved in. She's been there a few months now, and haven't seen her this happy in quite some time. It sure brings happiness…

On the value, I can't really rate if it is a good value for the money because I wanted to move there because of its proximity to my family and didn't check out any other facilities. Overall I loved living there and I loved the Administration, staff and residents. Very sad to leave.
