It was very homey and everyone was very friendly. I saw other places that were very impressive, opulent almost, but they didn't feel like home. Also, the apartments are really spacious, well appointed and most have balconies.

Great Place to Be

The best. From the beginning they provide a class A experience. The staff are incredible who really care. And the facility is very, very nice. We picked this community, because, for one, they provided clear up front pricing. The only place that did that. No other facilities would tell me the exact price, Keystone was very transparent about this. I would recommend to others.

They are the most caring people who provide care with a smile and lots of love. I cannot say enough about Keystone at Newbury Brook! When I went for the first time, for a tour, I immediately felt the upbeat feeling that is pervasive there. Every staff member was smiling and happy in his/her job AND unlike other places, they didn't try to "sell" me on the place. Keystone Place at Newbury Brook was a close second for us. The few reasons we did not go with this facility was because of the location, we were unable to tour the full facility at the time, and our loved one would have had to move into the Danbury location first and then the Litchfield which was a turn off for us.

Keystone Place was state-of-the-art. The rooms were gorgeous. The people and staff seemed very friendly. I liked that they had lots of little nooks and crannies for people to meet outside of their rooms. It was just too big of a place for my mother.

Our experience with Keystone Place

I was dissatisfied with our experience at Keystone Place. I felt that they did not respond to our requests made and did not have good solutions. They do not offer 24 hour nursing care. I think for the average person, the facility would be just fine but they were not able to accommodate our needs. The facility is beautiful and brand new, it just was not the right fit for us.
