PositiveWe had a full tour of the facility and had all our questions answered. The staff were friendly and considerate and very generous with their time. There were some things which did not fit with our needs, like the inflexible food plan which requires you to pay for three meals a day. The location near highway 99 was too noisy outdoors for us. Indoors it was not a problem. We just felt that overall for us it wasn't the right fit. But I would encourage others to tour it.

Everyone at the facility staff was so friendly and beyond helpful. Their willingness to help with whatever was needed, regardless of their job responsibilities made it feel like one big family. For example, the front desk people would also help retrieve your packages or help out in the dining room.
