We've had a few challenges but worked through the issues. Mainly with medical care of my mom due to the pain issues with my mom's leg. The activities are great & mom enjoys participating; food is good and the staff is attentive. Overall we're still happy with our choice. I feel I have to more attentive with what's going on there with mom. I would love for the community to send out a monthly overview of how things are going with Memory Care Residents . . . would be helpful I think for all!

The facility is very clean. The staff provided great care for my dad. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and always greeted my dad and I with smiles and great conversations. The administrative staff was friendly when I went in to tour and sign lease paperwork, but became standoffish once my dad moved in. My dad did not like the food but overall, the facility is a great place to live.

There are issues with transportation for my loved one that are inconsistent. Not totally on them but this is why we seek help from the facilities such as them. The admin makes as if he needed all the extra care so they are charging more. Since they can't help due to low staff I have to utilize call a ride which is not always efficient for seniors of his age who need reminders. I do understand my loved one has their days but I know when a facility is exaggerating. Furthermore I do like the idea the facility is conve…

PositivePleased, but needs a few SMALL improvement. Would recommend but make sure ALL of your love ones needs are being met.
A few of the services that the facility included in my love ones care plan are not being done i.e. daily assistance with dressing, help with bathing, cleaning the apartment and spot checks.
