★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very nice and secure. Amy Nealon in their leasing office is AMAZING! She is the face of the facility and does a wonderful job communicating and connecting with everyone. She is incredibly responsive and truly cares about the residents and family members. Amy is an incredible asset to their community!
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] was very friendly and provided nice info on the beautiful Lakeside community. I would like to place my mom on the waiting list for Independent Living as she is not quite ready to take the next step to a Senior setting.
★★★★★
PositiveVery friendly staff Beautiful common spaces Lots of windows Residents seemed to be happy and content Wide variety of room sizes Advanced well being technology Excellent in house amenities
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that It doesn't smell bad. Staff is friendly and really seem to care. They know [name removed]. Food is very good.
★★★★★
CriticalThere were several staff members that actually were encouraged that I would speak up to management since they saw similar issues that were not beneficial to residents. Facility leadership issues. Corporate profit influence. Questionable nursing (RN) decision making. Poor business office compliance. Primary issue is staffing levels...nowhere near sufficient.
★★★★★
Critical1 for all categories , would strongly not recommend!!! Every category above is what they could improve on. We had to get my father in law out of there. We considered alerting the local regulatory agency it was so bad.
