Lakewood Memory Care is getting a 5 STAR review from myself and siblings! The staff go above and beyond to take care of my mom! The facility is always extra clean! The STAFF are hard working and truly seem to enjoy working there. I would recommend this facility to everyone! They are all always very friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do! I have never seen a staff member hiding in a corner on a cell phone! It always smells nice not stinky.

PositiveThis place has been great so far! The staff is amazingly friendly. It's always very clean. The activities are great. Communication with the family is good. They send a copy of the menu and activity schedule to the family to keep us informed. It's very easy to navigate the facility. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I like the comprehensive approach the community has to care. If there is any issue the nurse practitioner is good to solve the issue. The communication with the staff is very good. There are three numbers that the community provided the family. There are three meals included for the residents, and they eat in the dining room.

We chose Lakewood Transitional Care because we were very impressed with the facility and it is close to our home so I could go visit daily. The staff seemed pleasant as well and there were a significant amount of men who lived here. The facility has been trying their very hardest with my husband. I would recommend to others looking.

I would move in here myself. The staff members were very attentive and always there for her with her health problems. They always called family right away with any questions or concerns and were just very on top of it. She raved about the nurses, she loved them and they loved her. They have family counseling, so we were able to go in and have consults with the staff about her health and how she was doing and they took their time with us.
