★★★★★
PositiveVery nice, upscale community! All the people we met were nice and friendly. Even met a current resident, who was kind enough to sit in and share his experiences with us.
★★★★★
PositiveI was very impressed with the facility and the people I met there. Unfortunately, my ex-husband needed a few services that Landon did not provide within the rental fee quoted.
★★★★★
PositiveI met 4 residents and they all enjoyed living there. The others in the hall seemed happy. The dining room was had a pleasant decor. It was an inviting space. The unit I saw was small but adequate. Knowing I could get a balcony was great. Fitness spaces were minimal but adequate, and not in use while I was there. The facility is very high on my list of where I might go in the next move.
★★★★★
PositiveEntry points were welcoming. Attentive sales rep. Having lunch with 3 residents helped create the positive vibe. Would have liked to see a residents' unit but that might be too invasive. Residents were positive, friendly and welcoming.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is safe, clean, and highly functional. The staff is extremely friendly. They never, ever pass you in the hall without greeting you. They knew my aunt's name within a week! This includes the custodial staff. Unbelievable! The activities are great-every day, all day long-including scheduled live entertainment guests and jewelry vendor days. My aunt loves it! I must admit, as a guest, I also enjoy happy hour and snacks. The scheduled Town Hall meetings really help my aunt feel heard and that she belongs …
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are very helpful. Activities are very well programmed. Food is fine. Could be better.
