[Name Removed] is the most amazing Lifestyle Director I have had the pleasure to interact with. She constantly thinks outside the box to keep the residents engaged and their brains stimulated! She knows all the residents and immediately notices if they are off and directs it to the appropriate person. My Mom loves doing activities with [Name Removed]. She also exhibits strong leadership skills with grace and confidence. She is truly the biggest asset for Legacy!

Great professional care/nurses, excellent food service, very clean, patients have a shower twice a week, laundry is washed and dryed once a week, they have a hair salon on site two days a week. Excellent service. They have an outside courtyard in the middle of the facility, and a RN on site. Excellent and professional management caring staff.

Staff is very unattentive. Sits in the corners or the med rooms looking at their phones instead of interacting with and checking on residents. Multiple resident falls occurred during the brief time my mom was a resident. Although falls are often unavoidable, I am certain that the lack of staff attention contributed to the risk. I will say that the activities coordinator in the memory care was fantastic. No idea if she is still there; and there were select caregivers who clearly cared about the residents and provide…

Living here has been incredible! The staff of care takers care about the residents and are always close by if we need anything. We have a top notch chef that prepares three meals a day. This is truly a home away from home.
