Positive[Name Removed] is the most amazing Lifestyle Director I have had the pleasure to interact with. She constantly thinks outside the box to keep the residents engaged and their brains stimulated! She knows all the residents and immediately notices if they are off and directs it to the appropriate person. My Mom loves doing activities with [Name Removed]. CriticalStaff is very unattentive. Sits in the corners or the med rooms looking at their phones instead of interacting with and checking on residents. Multiple resident falls occurred during the brief time my mom was a resident. Although falls are often unavoidable, I am certain that the lack of staff attention contributed to the risk.
