CriticalSerious Concerns With This Facility!!!
My mother lives here, and there have been some very serious incidents that have happened to her. She is on oxygen and we've lost count of the number of times that staff have allowed her oxygen tanks to run out or otherwise interrupt her flow of oxygen. She has been given the wrong medication several times. There are almost daily staffing shortages. Residents are promised two showers per week, but sometimes she does not receive both showers, or else she has to wait longer than promised for the showers to be given. …

We have been very happy with Lehigh Commons. They are very accommodating when having to schedule doctors appointments and travel back-and-forth. They make sure my father is up, showered and dressed every day and that he is getting his meals every day as well. They take care of all his medication, and call us with any concerns. We find it to be reasonably priced when compared to other facilities and as a family we are very glad that we chose Lehigh Commons
