★★★★★
PositiveTour was a great experience and my Mom liked the facility. I would recommend for those who are looking for independent living. (Not for those who need nursing care)
★★★★★
PositiveThe residents here are so friendly and look out for each other. The facility is quite new and well cared for.
★★★★★
PositiveBright and clean facility. Friendly staff. Great place. Residents interacting with us was helpful in making a decision.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is very happy there. Likes the outings, [name removed] at the front desk is wonderful, food is ok, and people are very nice. Facility is well kept and having the shuttle, hair stylist, and chair yoga have been very nice. So thankful for the government subsidy so she can afford to be on her own.
★★★★★
CriticalThe food is really bad. Activities are scarce. They put rules in place after move-in, expecting people with mobility issues to hike their recyclables and pet waste way out back to a huge dumpster behind a gate. My mom could never walk that far much less with bulky items and then lift the lid on a dumpster that is taller than her. The extras like housekeeping and salon are way too expensive. Instead of decent food, they put money into electric car chargers in the parking lot. No one has an electric car.
★★★★★
PositiveFood is varied. Breakfast can be ordered ala-cart. Activities include lunches, dinners, and shopping at various stores. Monthly community meeting. Cards, bingo, jigsaw puzzles. Birthday celebrations. Local talent presentations.
