PositiveEveryone was very helpful and friendly. They all pitched in together to help out no matter what their job title was. The activities director([name removed]I believe) did a fantastic job. She included everyone and made things fun for the residents. My mother absolutely loved the food. There was always someone around to socialize with and/or staff to help out with questions or problems.

CriticalThis place is no longer a senior living facility. Residents had to be moved out by Dec. 2024. Thankfully, we moved my parents from here a year ago. Used agency workers who could care less about the residents & had, on numerous occasions, yelled at my parents. Rooms were never cleaned unless we went in & did it ourselves. CriticalDirector is very bad with communicating with the family representative for the resident. I think the food was good enough. They could have tried to persuade my family member to join in more or match them with someone with like interests. The biggest problem was my father-in-law was one of the few male residents and most of the activities were attended by the ladies and he was uncomfortable being the only male at activities.

PositiveThey've been amazing to my dad. All of the staff I have met have been wonderful, rooms and maintenance of everything is on point, the food is actually delicious even my 14 year old picky daughter loves it. The price for what we're getting is very good. My dad really loves the doctor and nursing staff.
