Very impressed with the facility and the staff the appointment was very informative and helpful with deciding what to do with my father

Lombard place was a calming experience for me as I ponder how to help My husband who has Alzheimer’s. The facility was clean and the people were friendly. T he e residents seemed content and enjoyed their food. I was unsure about how they were progressing from one level of care to another though. Costs were about the same for a comparable level of care.

A Facility That Has Some Bright Spots, But Serious Overall Concerns

My mother was a resident in the memory care unit at Lombard Place, and my experience was very mixed. There are a select few people who were truly amazing and made an incredibly difficult situation more manageable for our family. [name removed] at the front desk became like family to us. Lombard Place is clean, friendly and safe place for assisted living

The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful. Constant activities and outings. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Staff is professional but very friendly and kind. When my father passed they made everything very easy. They truly did a wonderful job with my father. He was 101 when he passed and everyone that worked with him took the time to listen to him and hear his stories. Everyone that visited him commented on how nice the facility was and how kind the staff was. At the end they always treated my father with respect and dignity.

Very welcoming, clean, and nice smelling environment which I know is important to families and their loved ones. Terri was a great tour guide and resource, did not overly push, but let the apartment and amenities speak for themself. I was very impressed!
