Everyone is so nice and friendly even when u bring in ur own food in there and when u help out at the end of the month for the residence to buy stuff. And the staff loves to see new faces and the staff loves there residents that are there and the new ones that come in there too live.

There is always room for growth. Cleanliness was always good. Activities daily, weekly and monthly for the community to be involved. Exercise every morning for anyone wanting to participate. Worship couple times a month was always upbeat and full of songs the adults knew and loved. Medications seemed to be delivered on time. [name removed] did a great job showing us the facility and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly the size we needed. They had plenty of activities and the food was good. The only complaint is they were understaffed on weekends. Took too long to respond at times. Other than that, it was a good experience. The staff was helpful and the residents were friendly toward my mom.

They are a little disorganized when it comes to onboarding and letting us know who is in charge and who does what. Other than that everyone has been super nice and helpful and friendly. The financial side has been confusing since he didn’t move in at first of month. But the finance manager has been helpful.

The layout of the facility seems to be secure and still allowing the residents to go outside in a backyard garden environment. The staff has always been accommodating when something has been needed or changes with our mother has needed to happen.
