★★★★★
PositiveAll the staff were excellent. Even the kitchen help and maintenance staff were attentive and very caring of my Mom and my family. Activities were wonderful and engaging, entertaining. Crystal the director is amazing. She treated my Mom like one of her family. All the staff embraced my numerous family members and helped us navigate through very difficult times. We could not have asked for nor gotten a better experience anywhere.
★★★★★
PositiveI'd rate it closer to a 4 out of 5. Two staff members are simply not enough when they have their regular duties to handle while also helping residents with clothing changes multiple times a day. That task alone can require two people. That said, the staff—especially those on the afternoon shift—have been very caring and attentive, and I appreciate the work they do. The food could use some improvement. There seems to be a lot of Mexican-style dishes, which wasn't something he was accustomed to. Lower-sodium option…
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very nice the staff has been very helpful but sometimes things are overlooked my father was bleeding from his hands and arm from scratching too much we brought it up to the staff and they didn't know that he was bleeding once they checked him out they found out some kind of cream they prescribed him was giving him an allergic reaction it was changed and he was fine I think they could use a few more people on there staff
★★★★★
PositiveFood seems to be good. It seems pretty clean most of the time. They have a lot of activities for the residents. My only complaint is that my mom doesn't get her meds when she needs them a lot of the time. It's been an ongoing issue. Most of the staff are nice. Just a few of the aides are not.
★★★★★
PositiveLast June my mom's hip broke. [name removed] and her team were very helpful in getting her back on her feet after a difficult period in a skilled nursing facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat stood out the most was how genuine and caring the entire team at every position there . The facility is very well maintained and feels like "home" They go above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable whether it be the activities or meals be prepared or just the general interactions Our family feels great about the choice we made, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service
