★★★★★
PositiveThe place was beautiful. [name removed] was so knowledgeable and personable. Lots to do and nice menu. Bathroom large. Need space for wheelchair and looks good. Room a bit small but homey. Plenty of other areas to get out. Library a plus. Available kitchen to use supervised. My sister love to bake. People having fun playing games to get involved with. Overall pleased with facility and not far to go.

PositiveI toured many other communities and this one by far is the most home-like atmosphere. It is all one level, no elevators to deal with! I moved my mom here last month and she is very happy. She said the food is very good, staff is friendly and care is very good as well. She enjoys participating in the activities and loves her new friends she has made!
★★★★★
PositiveThe place is nice. Staff is nice. Just wish they had more staff. It would help with the residents.

PositiveI am very happy with my mom living at Maidencreek Place. The staff and care she receives is wonderful and the variety of meals they can have are great. It's almost like being at a restaurant! The daily variety of activities that the residents can participate in are fun, and once a month they offer a "dining out" at a restaurant or a scenic tour. The facility is always clean and my mom's room/ apartment is always clean and free laundry is available. The whole staff, nurses, aids and kitchen workers, are very involv…

PositiveWe are very happy with the staff, the care, and the whole facility itself. They have lots of activities and fun things for the residents to participate in as well as family members to come in and participate. It's a small "community setting " and everyone is friendly and helpful. My mom's been there for about 2 months now and she did not want to leave her home but is becoming more comfortable there, especially being around people and being involved instead of sitting at home by herself everyday.
★★★★★
CriticalVery nice facility. Friendly people. My one complaint is the food, but that's because my mom has dietary issues and can't eat certain things so it's hard for her to find things to eat. I often bring her food. They need more aides.
