I don't know where to begin. My Mom lived at Maryville for the last year of her life and I cant say enough about them. Sandy and the staff became like an extended family to us. They are such incredible people. The love care kindness and professionalism of everyone there is just incredible! Reading a previous anonymous review prompts me to confirm the opinion. My husband had been in a large corporate facility for close to one year. He could no longer enjoy the amenities offered. The staff was not friendly to him nor to us. His calls for help went unanswered for a long time. At Maryville my husband's needs are being met. The staff is friendly and respond to all his needs. The recreation provided is stimulating and he enjoys it. Best of all he reports the food to be very good.

Very well managed. It is a simple place with not a lot of frills but with everything you need. Very very clean, well maintained with 3 home-cooked meals each day. Excellent food that can easily be customized. Back yard courtyard is perfect for outdoor time in nice weather. The fees are very reasonable as compared with other assisted living options. It is a small family owned facility. Adequate amount of staff. They do a good job taking care of the residents, always clean and well groomed. The facility is dated looking, furnishings are old but they do keep it clean. Visiting space is very limited and hours for visiting is limited to a few hours in the afternoon. I was recommended to this place by A Place for Mom. I went against all instincts based on the high recommendation. The description on here is totally wrong and inaccurate. There are NO skilled staff available on a daily basis. The aids are babysitters with nothing but anger and resentment. They yell across to other workers with no respect for the residents.
