Overall, we are very happy with everything—5 stars across all categories. The care coordinators assigned to my aunt are wonderful. They assist her whenever needed while also respecting her independence, which we truly appreciate. There are activities scheduled throughout the day, and the staff makes a genuine effort to involve as many residents as possible. The food is very good, and the facility is welcoming and accommodating to guests.

Overall we had a very positive experience transitioning my mother into Sunrise the director [name removed] was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The staff has been attentive to my mother taking her on daily walks often my herself and making her feel welcome.

They could not keep the head of the aides (called care managers). In the year my mom was there, the first one left 3 months after my mom got there which was probably about 6 months after she started, then we went 3 months without one. The next one lasted about 4 months. And there was nobody for my mom's last couple of months. Head nurse left and it took 6 months to replace her. My mom's regular care manager there was amazing and some of the nurses were also great. There were a couple of issues over the year but t…
