We had a tour and everything was very clean and kept up with. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My dad refused to go but said he would meet with the lady in charge just to talk. [name removed] was who he talked with and she made him feel at home and safe and he ended up moving in within a week. The apartments are nice and are different price ranges according to your budget

Everything started out great and easy. However, she has been there for 2 months now, and the food has progressively gotten worse each week. The maid service may or may not show up, you never know. The activities started out slim to none but recently started improving due to a new activity director being hired. When they pulled payment out of the bank account for January rent, they over charged us and put her account in the negative. That was a mess to clean up.

Ensure services you need the most (ADA floorplan, level of housekeeping, etc.) are not oversold. Beware of high staff turnover rate. Definition of independent living can mean a different thing to management, check on their definition. Example: is it 'DIY' or 'let me help'.

Food and Meal Services

I would have given a five star review except for the food. The food is terrible. It takes so long for them to serve a meal. They literally have to wait a better part of two hours sometimes more. I don’t understand why it takes so long to get a complete meal. Someone needs to go to other facilities and see how they serve their meals. Something has To change about serving meals, efficiently or I will be pulling my mother from this facility.

The right place at this time in life.

I was worried my husband wouldn't like it, but we both love it due to the high marks given on the items listed above. This is exactly where we need to be at this time in our life. We have health issues but can still live independently to a large degree and can use help with daily items that were getting difficult like shopping, cooking, cleaning, and house maintenance, which are all taken care of now. We have met so many friendly people, including the staff, who are wonderful. We feel safe, taken care of, and stres…

I already tell others of their kindness and the safety. The staff genuinely care and show it regularly. As a result, the entire community is friendly to all--everyone is greeted by nearly all the residents with openness and regard.
