CriticalFood quality started good and then got worse. Cleanliness of the facility was not the best. When I was unable to reach my mother by phone at night I called the front desk and no one ever answered. I had to wait until the next day to call and speak with the director. Directors changed multiple times while my mother was there. Pluses were that the staff was very friendly and they seemed to try to have fun activities for the residents, though my mother chose not to participate.

CriticalLarge recurring staff turnover over - they can not keep a chef (the current isn’t a chef but was a kitchen assistant), the food quality is poor and has no taste typically. Most staff are college or high school youngsters. The main staff has a large turnover rate - they can’t keep an activity director. There is ongoing money waste - spending unnecessarily for amenities or things that aren’t broken (eg they spent tens of thousands for a new snack bar, only to never open it and it was dismantled shortly after) or rede…
