PositiveThey're friendly In my case they've been good about being proactive regarding my mother's care, such as getting in touch with PT services when it seems she needs a "refresher," which i imagine is common They of course benefit from this too because it makes the difference between a one vs two person standing assist. Conserves resources. Still helpful though.

Positive[name removed] with admissions and [name removed] at the nurses station are top notch. The facility is adequate and nothing fancy but many rooms are newly renovated and easy to maneuver the whole facility.
