PositiveFrom the moment you walk in the doors you are welcomed and feel the sense of community and home. Spaces are warm and inviting and staff are all friendly and helpful. [name removed] was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and introduced us to key staff members along our tour. She was quick to respond when we had follow up questions and during the process of getting our mom moved into the facility.

Staff was very accommodating when you brought up issues. They were very supportive through in home hospice care. They had great afternoon music and happy hours. Crafts were hit or miss due to transition in staff. Leadership knew and cared about the residents. This place was the most reasonable for someone near end of life who needed more assistance but not skilled care.
