PositiveEvery one is so nice from staff to residents. When we saw the place we were in love and knew it was the right place for us. They don't have meals or a lot of activities but that's fine with us. Grounds and maintenance is well maintained housekeeping is extra but she is worth it
★★★★★
PositiveIt's been a great experience and yes we would recommend Mountain Brook Village to other families based on the experience so far.

PositiveI live at Mountain Brook Senior Citizens apartments. What a beautiful place. Right on Pigeon River. 14 acres of wonderful trees! Spring time magnificent flowering trees and buzzing with birds of all kinds birds. Great for walking. I can't say enough about the family owners. They truly care about us. Every day of the month are. activities. I never have to be alone. Located only 1.5iles to all my shopping! There. more benefits. Just come and see!

★★★★★
PositiveLocation is everything! Mountain Brook Village is a very friendly, beautiful and safe place by the river! Apartments are comfortable, kitchen's could use some updates, no dish washer, no disposal, just a single sink. I highly recommend Mountain Brook Village to others!

CriticalWhen my mom started having strokes she called the front desk for help and the security guard wouldn't call 911. He made a non functioning woman try to call 911 while he watched. Mom died of her strokes in [date removed]. That place was one we could afford and she was only there for 6 months before the strokes put her in the hospital permanently. Other than the lack of emergency care, mom loved her apartment.
