PositiveI would highly recommend Navion
It is an exceptional facility but short staffed with staff turnover which I guess a lot of places are dealing with. To me the food is delicious. Not going to get picky. The majority of the staff is attentive and do their best to help residents. But staff/resident ratio could be better. I am grateful my brother is there. I hope he can live out his remaining days there. It really is a nice place and 99% of staff are so nice. Just need more hands on deck for the number of dementia residents. I would highly recommend N…

They've done a very good job of taking care of mom. It took her awhile to adjust but they hung in there with her. They have activities including bus trips which she loves.

Staff is kind and helpful. They have worked to solve adjustment issues and [name removed] is now doing better. Wellness Nurse is very good . She and her staff keep up on medical issues and see that she takes prescribed medication. Facility is right size, not too big, not too small.

PositiveVery caring place
We have had my grandma here since July 2024 and the transformation has been amazing! She was not excited about moving into assisted living but the entire staff has been so welcoming, patient, and kind. They truly know and care about all of the people living there, and have created a supportive community. My grandma has even been recruiting other people to move in with her and telling them “it’s not so bad” (the biggest compliment for her!).
