Very costly but hopefully in line with other such facilities. Smaller number of residents is good. Be helpful for staff to identify themselves when we call. We were attracted to them because of the room availability and location relatively close to family. I would recommend to others.

PositiveI toured this community and it was ok. The dining area was a good size, very spacious. The resident rooms were kind of small. What we didn't like was the restroom situation. They didn't have restrooms with each room, restrooms were shared. They had 2 or 3 common restrooms for about 16 residents. This wasn't ideal for us and our loved one's needs.

After many attempts to find a good place we came to New Haven. It has been excellent, staffed by caring people who make it safe and comfortable. The food is excellent, too.

Overall it was a pleasant environment. The staff was extremely friendly. My loved one said the food was just okay. But she really liked the activities and how they kept the residents busy with Bingo and stuff like that. I would have liked for them to have some additional care features, like bed sensors that prompt them to check on residents when they get up in the night.
