Criticalnew management will hopefully bring needed help.
Unfortunately this is an industry problem, staffing is constantly changing which tells me that top management doesn't realize that consistency of staffing is the only way to get consistency of care. Meals were frozen foods, which I would not expect for the dollar amount we paid for meals. Since meals are extra. There were no variety of meals or even substitutions. Any special diet restrictions were ignored daily. At the cost of meals the residents should be able to choose what they want to eat.
