What we like the most about the community is the high touch care, the activities, their customize experiences to every resident, the units are very nice, and my dad loves the food.

The location is terrible - next to transformers and power towers. They get people from one activity to the next and there was something every day and all day long. They made people feel inclusive and able to participate. Only suggestions I could make is: move from lobby area. No one wants to see their futures or congest the entryway. Also - more seating is needed in the movie theatre. North Shore Place had socials. Sometimes it was ice cream and sometimes popcorn and sometimes wine and cheese. Again, an opportunit…

Ok overall experience from our observation is she's well cared for as it seems all residents are. Mostly she looks forward to visits from family and will attend activities although not fully engaged. She could but she's not completely happy about giving up her independence. Very slow to acclimate in this area.

Previous staff no longer there. I visited twice for business reasons and to inquire about services. Receptionist couldn't get me out the door fast enough. Says managers are always out of office or in a meeting. Gave me what I thought was an business card for an executive director, but it was the wrong card.
