The Oaks sent a message only 4 weeks before they closed to let us know we had to move. That was very hard on us and others living there! The staff was very friendly. The medical group that came in, especially [name removed], was very professional and concerned about my mom's care. The sudden closing was just very hard.

They really care for your loved one

My mom was at Oaks Beaufort because of COPD and memory loss due to aging. All of the staff cared for my mom like she was their mom. They were kind to her and to our family. I would recommend Oaks at Beaufort for your loved one.

The food is good. The Hospice people are great. Think the staff could do better cleaning the room.

While volunteering with my church in sevveraassisted living facilities, I found The Oaks to be the one with the fewst residents complaints. The staff seemed more cheerful and the resident more settled. The staff has been very compassionate with my husband in memory care and engaging with me.

The food has gone backwards everyone complaining, and everyone is quitting a lot of red flags. Very disappointed the faculty clean location is great something wrong there

The Oaks is a small facility all on one flow at in easy for residents to get acquainted with each other and caring for them to get around. The atmosphere is resident have freedom to cheese activities they prefer. Staff in well acquainted with residents. Administrative staff in friendly and avaliable.
