The facility is very nice, but they were not able to give me very clear information about all of the add one for additional fees. There was a base mount plus anywhere from $[removed] to $[removed] extra each month based on the patient's needs, but she couldn't outline exactly how that was broken down. I cannot commit to a facility that will not outline what I am paying for upfront.

From the moment we arrivrd we were greeted with smiles. We came without an appointment and were quickly welcomed for a tour. This facility is beautiful and lots of happy staff and residents. We have chosen this as my mother's new home. I cannot wait to see her thrive with new friends and activities.

Friendly, Helpful Staff

Definitely responsive when I've contacted them with questions or concerns. Everyone's helpful, but there does seem to be a lot of turnover. Seems I talk to a different person each time. My mom's room is a great size. Her window has a lovely view of trees and sky. Her bathroom works well for us. I help her shower and there's plenty of room. My mom does not socialize or participate in any activities, doesn't even go down for meals. So I can't comment on that. But she really enjoys the meals and has actually put on so…

What we like the most about the community is that the staff have been good, although a lot of managers turnover.
