About the community
At the Parc at Piedmont, residents feel like family. Since 2001, we’ve specialized in developing high-end senior independent living and personal care and have been established as the premier independent and assisted living choice for seniors in the Marietta, East Cobb, and Roswell neighborhoods of Atlanta. With ample opportunity to make new friends, take part in community activities, and experience exquisite dining and entertainment, residents revel in stylish surroundings and can take comfort in the highest standards of personalized service and care. Our remarkable community is nestled in the city of Marietta, distinguished by its rich history, sense of community, and modern quality of life. Situated just 15 miles northwest of Atlanta, Marietta was once deemed one of the 10 best communities in the nation by the National Civic League and, in 2011, was marked by CNN as one of the top 25 places in the U.S. to retire. Residents and visitors alike can travel back in time by touring the lively community’s many history museums, such as the Gone With the Wind Museum, Old Zion Baptist Church Heritage Museum, or the William Root House Museum & Garden. Arts lovers can check out features like the dk Gallery for fresh, contemporary art exhibits on the Marietta Square. Or, for anyone simply seeking out a fun day trip, don’t miss the city’s bustling food scene, sought-after sports fields, and novelty shops and boutiques. Community Amenities and Services It’s important to us that residents feel comfortable and cared for. Our cordial staff offers weekly housekeeping and linen services, as well as a daily check-in system. Should a resident need to run errands or take a day trip with visiting family, we offer complimentary scheduled transportation to and from any local destination. With 24/7 concierge service and on-site maintenance staff, residents will always have a helping hand nearby. To ensure residents receive the highest quality care, we have an on-site doctor, nurse, podiatrist, hospice center, and various therapists. Our highly-trained staff offers diabetic, incontinence, and ambulatory care. Help with managing medications is available for those who need it. Complete with white table cloths and brilliant floral centerpieces, our elegant and spacious restaurant-style dining area allows us to offer residents a decadent fine dining experience. Our professional chef has curated an executive menu highlighting international cuisine and complemented by fresh lunch and dinner specials every day. We’re happy to accommodate any special diet restrictions or requests, including vegetarian, vegan, low/no sodium, and low sugar. Our resort-style community offers residents plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves. Experience luxurious comfort while reading by the fireplace in our library or watching a movie in our theater-style media center. Revel in our resident lounge featuring floor-to-ceiling, fully stocked bookshelves and a sleek grand piano resting on stylish marble flooring. Trek outdoors to roam winding walking paths and explore our brilliant gardens. In our fitness areas, residents appreciate our heated lap pool and state-of-the-art aerobics center. Residents are free to pamper themselves in our full-service beauty salon and barber shop. Additionally, residents can anticipate an array of community events and activities, including on- and off-site inclusive devotional activities, various health and wellness programs, art classes, and live musical performances and speakers. Living Arrangements With assisted or independent living options, our spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments include accessible ground floor units, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and wheelchair accessible showers and tubs. Most units boast nine-foot ceilings with stylish crown moulding, quality sound resistant construction, and private outdoor terraces with ample view of the vibrant gardens and gazebo. PositiveI moved a family member into the facility in [date removed]. It has been a seamless process. The community is kept very clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. My family member has settled in nicely and is very happy. The attention she receives from the workers and other residents has been wonderful. CriticalIf you are seeking a community for your loved one that prioritizes high margins over providing the quality experience our elders deserve, then this is the perfect place for you. My grandmother has been residing here since 2017, and unfortunately, we have encountered numerous issues that have greatly affected her quality of life. One of the major concerns is the lack of effective leadership. We have witnessed a constant turnover of general managers, which has resulted in inconsistent management and a lack of accoun…

CriticalParc at Piedmont was way too far out for me. We walked in and toured and I cannot put my finger on it, but I just did not feel comfortable here. It is a beautiful facility but way too over-priced. No senior that is on a fixed income would be able to afford this place.

PositiveParc at Piedmont is wonderful. My loved one is doing well there. They're very good about having events that are family-related. And we like the apartment. We're very pleased.
