Walked to get some food for my wife’s aunt a young female passed by me smelling as if she’d been smoking pot all day. What a ridiculous way to be at you’re place of work smelling. Good job keep it up.

Criticala nice community with room for improvement.
At the present time the way they are accepting residents, I would not recommend. I'm an optimist and looking forward for improvements. The chairs need to be replaced in the dining room, and the public restrooms are not kept clean. It was built for independent living, but it being used as an Assisted Living/Memory Care. The E-Menu is not always updated and the meals are not "fine dining." They tend to be low quality and often run out of things. There is not enough wait staff for the amount of residents.

The Park Creek facility itself is really pretty and it just really has a bright and inviting feeling to it. They offer a lot of events for the residents living there and they seem to keep a lot of different resources posted up on the calendar for them - like activities. They seem to really have a good dining service there - occasionally a few meals may be better than others but overall it's been good with good choices.

My mother-in-law is not liking the food quality right now and the other residents feel the same way also. Other than this the facility is great. My loved one did state that some of the outside trips that they take she would like to go to different stores and different places. She would also like to schedule dog grooming or have a dog groomer come in to the facility. My loved one had an emergency and me and my husband were listed as emergency contacts and we were never notified that there was an issue or an emergenc…
