Horrible experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company at the Park Place building in downtown Sheffield. After the apartment complex was sold, the new management raised rents by 20–30% without any noticeable improvements to the property. Paying higher, Huntsville-level prices without upgrades or better service is frustrating on its own. On top of that, I connected my bank account and made a rent transfer on [date removed]. My mother and I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and sweet. This is a nice community, and from what I saw they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was friendly, and answered all our questions. It was up to my mother, and she decided to go with another community.

We have had a very good experience with Park Place. They do everything very well and have everything my mother needs to be safe and cared for. .
