Our Mom has been very happy so far and they have done a very good job with providing the attention and care she needs. Within a week or so of when we first visited Pegasus, they were transferring ownership from Brookdale, which is the only reason I gave them less than a 5 rating. They were going through a lot of procedural changes and all of them were to make things better than they were, however it caused a few things to not go smoothly. I loved the place. Theda, the nurse, totally went above and beyond! As a nurse myself I knew how great she was! [name removed], the person that handles the visit etc. felt like family! When my mother needs full time care.... this is the only place I will consider. I was very comfortable with my mom there.

They have very low staff turnover. She is clean, her room is clean and the only problem is low staffing ratio on weekends. [name removed] is so much happier at Brookdale and that makes me happy. It is such a better place than her previous facility.

She had a health situation that staff did not notice was occurring. When the paramedics were called in the middle of the night, the staff couldn't tell them what meds she had or when. They didn't even tell them she was a memory care patient. It was shocking how little they could tell paramedics or notice her fluid retention.
