PositiveOverall, it was a very good experience. The staff responded quickly whenever I had a question. Very clean. Didn't smell like an assisted living facility, which is important to me. Food was ok. The only negative thing i can say is that they are short-staffed, especially at night and on weekends. I had to move my mother to another facility bc she fell and cracked a vertebra. She needed more help than they could give her.

They didn't tell me they would not take her back from the hospital until it came time for her to be released, although they had made the decision before they collected the second month's payment! The facility was excellent, except they didn't keep us informed, and they charged us for services not provided!
