CriticalCaring staff and friendly residents and I'd definitely recommend.
Brookdale was bought out by Pegasus so I'm hoping things improve. The washing machines and elevators were always broken with Brookdale. Once they forgot to pick my mom up after a Drs appointment. However, my mom loves it there!

Our experience was not good!! Initially meals were good and nutritious. After Pegasus stepped in, the menu choices were fewer and not the same quality. Some staff rushed the residents and visitors from the time we entered. And we're clearly irritated with those of us who asked questions. The hours and service for the Bistro was never consistent. The house keeping staff was sporadic when we asked, we were told that they were short staffed. Even tho they said they would change bedding weekly, it didn't happen, the fa…

Very negative experience secondary to their business practices. Badly overcharged and lied to. They give a move out date, and say there will be no further charge, and then they claim you owe them for at least two more weeks citing a different move out date than the one you agreed to.

My parents are in the process of moving in. [name removed] has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to get them the best deal possible, patiently answering our many questions, and touring us twice! His kindness and genuine compassion are greatly appreciated! We were very impressed with the size and layout of the apartment, attractiveness of the facility and grounds, and the staff we have met have been lovely.

Nice place to live but, they raise your rent every January. I had lived here only 5 months in January and my rent was raised at $[removed] per month. Also has the atmosphere of a nursing home. I'm moving in April.

At this time, overall rating it's good. Looking forward to meeting their 'ambassadors' and Mom and Dad getting involved. Apartment very nice and clean when moved in..is very spacious...can hold lots of furniture! Residents seem very happy and friendly. Mom and Dad like the food. Have lots of activities and hope Mom and dad will get more involved. We are still happy to be there and looking forward to good things happening.
