I like that it is just memory care and not also assisted living. Staff really cares. I would recommend to others.

Formally Avenir Memory Care

Don’t put your love one here. My mother has not had decent care. She is checked on very little. It is very under staffed. Employees do not stay for any length of time . No one seems to be trained to care for the ones with memory problems. The room itself has no pull cords or buttons of any kind to push incase a patient fell or had problems getting themselves up! The room is clean very seldom. You can ask the same thing for weeks and it still will not be taken care of. Obviously not much communication between staff.…

Under staffed

Placing your love ones here formerly known as Avenir Memory Care would be your biggest regret. Looks are very deceiving, the administration will promise you that your love one will receive the care they deserve, it’s all lies

Facility does not communicate with family members

My loved one is at this facility. They do NOT like to communicate with family members. Their current DON does not like talking to family and letting them know how their loved one is doing. Their administrator does NOT answer emails, texts or phone messages from family members. There are always lack of care issues on the weekends even though they will tell you these are resolved. Please don't place your family member here. This was not my choice...

Couldn't Have Asked for A Better Community

My mother in law had since a great respite stay experience here at this community, we are planning on using them again this summer. We knew she was safe, and in good hands at this community. The staff was helpful, and very kind. The community looked great. They offer nice activities, and good meals for the residents. We couldn't have asked for a better community, and I would recommend it.

Better Care

I was not happy with the care that was given to my mom when she was here. They did not have enough help here. They did not have the staff who were trained to help as promised. We had friends that had gone to see my mom and she was still in bed. She had not been taken care of. correctly. I did not like the area that she was in. I do not feel like the staff were trained. I would suggest families consider other options.
