The whole staff is very respectful towards the residents as well as the family. I've never heard anyone speak mean or resentful towards a resident. Extremely helpful. My dad is treated like a member of their family.

My troubling experience at The Pointe at Kirby Gate was most disheartening. It is alarming that such critical aspects of care were severely lacking during my mother's stay at the memory care facility. The absence of a designated 24-hour nurse, coupled with inadequate meal preparation and poor overall care planning, is unacceptable and concerning. My mother's falls, particularly the one resulting in a subdural hematoma due to medication issues, highlight serious safety and healthcare shortcomings at the facility. B…

Need update on decor, but it is clean. Def BEST value for the money. Loved the staff!! They got my dad well enough that he was able to leave & go home after just 4 months! Love that place. Also, my dad really liked the food. The cook noticed what he liked & took care of him! So thoughtful
