CriticalMEMORY CARE FACILITY IS A JOKE!
Worst place ever! Memory Care facility is a joke. No stability at all, constant turnover of staff and Directors. There is no activities provided for the memory care residents, they are placed in front of a tv for activity - no stimulation for the residents or interaction. It has been remodeled and appears to look nice in the common areas. A resident was promised an updated, remodeled room but that never happened. Facility is NOT clean and always smells bad. Residents are not taken care of properly and left to do ma…
