★★★★★
PositiveVery nice visit with director and medical advisor. Place is well organized, clean and quiet. Almost no residents in the hallways. Apartments shown were clean, well arranged, inviting. Very impressive facility.
★★★★★
PositiveCarriage Crossing employees were very friendly and accommodating even though we did not have a set time to stop by. We were impressed by how clean and organized everything looked. Not sure that my husband could handle the smallness of the apartments. He might need more supervision than is offered. I was considering going to a place like this to recover from knee surgery.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff were excellent. The food was subpar at best. The management was awful. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, the management did not communicate with us.
★★★★★
CriticalFor the most part I like the caregivers and nurses. I don't like that they increase the care level but still won't provide a 2 person assist.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is currently a resident at Carriage Crossing Champaign. The friendliness is great. The cleanliness and the staff are okay. There is insufficient staffing, especially nursing support, which I see as a risk to the residents. They have a great Activities Director. Maybe it's a budget cut thing, but there is almost nothing activity wise on the weekends. Residents still live there on the weekends. Overall, my mom has made friends and likes the residents and most of the staff.
★★★★★
PositiveWe lived 9 months at Carriage Crossing. Moved back to our condo in [date removed]. Increasing rates made the difference. We enjoyed living there. Made good friends. Would recommend to others. The food needed improvement but they have a new chef now. I think the activity director is outstanding.
