★★★★★
PositiveThe friendliness of the staff was especially comforting. We were called by name & always treated respectfully. The facility offers a safe environment for walking with its large hallways. We could ask questions of anyone & felt they were answered. The 'mood' of the facility was positive & a feeling of working together for the resident was the staffs goal.

PositiveStaff are extremely helpful. I appreciated there promptness and accuracy in information they passed on. We are very pleased and I highly recommend.

PositiveMom is happy at Evergreen. The staff there is very attentive to her needs. They call her by her first name and enjoy visiting with her. She isn't able to walk to the dining room so staff know what time to assist her to the dining room. The food is good. If she decides to eat in her apartment the dining staff bring her food to her apartment. Evergreen is very clean. Apartments are cleaned weekly and trash is picked up daily. Mom's laundry is picked up weekly and done with care. Evergreen is very much engaged with …

PositiveThe staff is considerate and caring. I feel that everyone truly knows my uncle and understands his needs. I experienced a great sense of peace and relief when he moved to Evergreen knowing he would no longer be living alone. This was validated last week when he suddenly became gravely ill. Staff recognized it, called an ambulance, called me, then the ambulance took him to the hospital. I am very thankful to the caring and professional staff.

However, in the last 6 mos employees are leaving, meals have been cut from 2 to 1 entree choice, the “any time” menu has been slashed to 1/3 of what it was, meal time has been cut from 1.5 hrs to 1 hr and the quality of food is in decline. One of the 3 mgrs used to work on weekends, not any more. There used to be several RN’s, not any more. I felt that mom was safe there, I’m questioning if there was an emergency in the evening/over…

PositiveThe people here are very helpful and kind. They are willing to pitch in wherever they are needed. When I first moved in the meals always I s had 2 choices. Now there is only 1 choice. They do have an alternative menue, but it is very limited. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. They offer TV service for only $30. You bring your own furniture. They do accept pets. Very few assisted living facilities do. The entertainment area does a very good job. They offer an exercise class every day and bingo every Frid…
