★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the feedback I heard on the food was always positive. They have a great variety of activities and encourage residents to participate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. There are places out front, in the beautiful backyard, and on a balcony, where residents can sit outside. CriticalPruitt was very nice and got us moved in quickly. My mom was on memory care and decline quickly while there. I felt they were short staffed and did not offer any enrichment activities, which I felt lead to her decline . Communication was less than expected. But maybe my expectations were too high
★★★★★
PositiveAdmin staff were great getting my mom in short notice and over the holidays. Staff is attentive. My one concern is the lack of activities in memory care.
★★★★★
PositiveI like that most of the people care about the residents and try to do their best for them... The 2 weaknesses they have is they don't have many activities for the people memory care.. And the second thing is they don't make sure that the people are hydrated in memory care...I know it's harder for the people taking care of the Memory care residents but they could spruce it up a little... Assisted living area Is a more pleasant area... With more activities.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have been very kind. Kerry the activity director is so sweet. She always bring something fun in to do.
★★★★★
PositiveMy parents are residents of Legacy Ridge at Sandy Plains. Their experience has been outstanding. Specifically noteworthy are the demeanor of the staff, fresh meals, and sense of community found there. I strongly recommend Legacy Ridge at Sandy Plains for assisted living care for your aging family members.
