Overall experience: less than 1 Corporate assistance is derogatory. All problems from day one revolved around the issues of lack of support in the field. Day one: computer system was down and after signing on line copy was not available. Requested change of selected apartment but, of course, system was down. "Call back Monday" Monday; representative from Saturday ( day 1) was not available. She was just filling in because assigned manager was out. She would call back upon her return. We have been residents of Red Rock Pointe for almost 4 years. We are very happy and comfortable with the lifestyle that we are enjoying here. We have a wonderful staff and there is always fun activities provided to take advantage of.

What I like the most about Red Rock is the friendliness of the residents and staff; the variety and number of activities, classes, and socials; the apartment is roomy, laid out well, and with good appliances; and maintenance is prompt when reported.

It literally feels like a cruise ship!!!! It's beautiful. Truly, our only complaint (and not a huge complaint) is the cafeteria. The turn over with employees was frustrating because we noticed a difference with types of foods not being made and the accommodation of special eating needs.

Staff has been quite helpful getting settled, everyone quite friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was that most residents are independent with only some assistance as necessary. Upbeat physical activity by most residents. Friendly atmosphere.(TV & Cable not yet working.)

Beautiful and comfortable facility, very attractive with lots of activities for the residents. Meals and events are really good and well planned. Always a soup and salad bar to add to your meal. It would be nice to have a way to encourage (remind) forgetful residents of events to take advantage of. But they have lots to do. Prices seem high for family members to join residents for meals/events, which should be encouraged.Staff are so friendly and outgoing to everyone.
