PositiveI picked Residences at University Hills for it's location, non-smoking and pet friendly policy .Also, for it's affordability, at the time. When a new owner bought the building , everything changed. They increased prices, drove elderly out who could not afford such huge price increases. . PositiveEverything about this community is the best- however there are no meals. Residences at University Hills is close to shopping- walking distance to grocery store- library, restaurants, beauty shop. Washers and dryers in apartment. I really like the management here and based on my experience I would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

Since moving in I've joined the book club and participated in other activities of my liking. All in all this has been a great experience and …
