PositiveMy loved one is currently a resident at Revere Court Memory Care and everything has been great for her there, so far. My loved one hates being there, but she would hate being in any facility. This is hard for both of us. However, I feel that she is safe at Revere Court. I have recommended this facility to a friend.

CriticalThey had my loved one for 8 days. And then they just called an ambulance, sent him to the emergency room, and the director told the ambulance driver not to bring him back. The director was not nice and very rude. They didn't let me see him that whole 8 days. They kept telling me he needed to get used to them. They also made me hire 1:1 care, even though I was already paying them to care for him.

PositiveWe are very pleased with Revere Court. The best part is that they specialize in memory care only whereas other companies treat memory care as an afterthought. After having my mom in another place that wasn't very good, l am very happy we were able to move her here. I love that my mom is not locked behind closed doors but has the freedom to travel around the entire property. We were excited from our initial visit.
